Eden is 7 months old now. She sits up to play, rolls over to get to something she wants, feeds herself her "puffs" and has even started "drinking" out of a sippy cup.
We've found that the animals are very entertaining to her. She looks for them whenever she hears them bark outside, or roll around in the other room. I heard about the ASPCA 3K dog walk that was going on downtown this weekend and thought that she would enjoy seeing all of the puppies while strolling along outside. The weather was spectacular, 80 degrees...perfect.
We brought only Bella, since the walk was going to be too long for Sierra. Not to mention, too many things to pee on along the way. He wasn't interested in going at all, Cam said he ran to the front door (to get inside) when he started up the bus.
We heard that there were more than 2500 people there today. I believe it. All we could see ahead of us were people and pooches. All we could see behind us were people and pooches. It was NUTS!
The walk took about an hour and so it was lunchtime by the time we were finished. We walked down to Fayetteville Street for lunch outside. Eden entertained herself in a highchair for over an hour!
It was late in the day when we finally headed home. I think Eden fell asleep within 10 seconds.
