It is safe to say, Eden has a thing for shoes. We have had mornings where she insisted on wearing her black leather patent mary janes (I think because they "click" on the hardwood floors) or her red and black plaid mary janes, I guess because she likes the way they look? Either way, thanks go to Aunt Bernadette for supplying these irresistible shoes.
We hit a new level of love for shoes this evening.
After having a bath and reading two books, I asked Eden if she was ready for nite-nite. She slipped off my lap, ran into the other room and promptly returned with a pair of black shoes.
I figured it wouldn't hurt to let her sleep with them, just this once.
